Our core philosophy is centered around embracing the mindset of an Owner - from understanding their decision to purchase a branded residence to conceiving services and offerings that exceed expectations. We practice the art of anticipation - thinking, hearing and listening for what is needed and desired before it is even requested. In this way, we take care of every aspect of our Owners’ residential lives to give them back the luxury of both time and peace of mind.
The Symbol of Wisdom
The symbol was created by renowned Master Goldsmith, David Thomas of London.
The intricacy of the owl symbolizes the wisdom and finesse so sought after by an Owner in a great residential concierge. A wise observer. A strong sense of integrity. Naturally kind and thoughtful. Insightful, intuitive and conscientious to the point of being a perfectionist.
Perhaps most of all, the owl speaks to an inquisitive mind. The kind of mind that sees the value of continuous learning and how that accumulated knowledge can best be deployed to significantly enhance the lives of their Owners.
Membership
Members of the International Society of Residential Concierge will be considered as such if they have met the qualifications as prescribed in the Bylaws, have been approved as a member by the Board of Directors and have paid their dues.
The Society has two levels of membership - Silver and Gold. The qualifications for each level may be viewed here.

The Symbol of Wisdom
The purpose of this Code of Professional Ethics is to establish and maintain internal and external stakeholder confidence in the honesty, integrity, professionalism and ability of the members of the International Society of Residential Concierge throughout the world. The Society intends that this Code and our performance pursuant to its provisions will be beneficial to the Residence Owners, Rental Tenants, and Guests.
Bylaws
The purposes of this organization are to function and act as a society of professional residential concierge in branded residential properties across the globe. The society will create and foster the talents of the highest caliber residential concierge with a focus on training, development and sharing of knowledge, and the delivery of world-class concierge services to residential Owners, Residents, Members and Guests.
